Short description of your work: This work is a result of searching for my own definition. It’s a 3 piece photo series. I beamed three different images onto myself. First my full name, then the silhouettes of my mother countries, finally a likeness of my younger brother. All of these let people jump to conclusions about me, when I am not just my name, my upbringing and my genes. The conclusions create my alter egos.

Short description of your work: This a forty second long animation. I made this short stopmotion film while I was in Denmark. The video follows the fruitless adventures of some shoes, whose only goal is to find a pair of feet that would wear and use them.

Short description of your work: This 1 minute long animation was inspired by the poem of my Danish schoolmate Emma Slebsager Nielsen. Its technique is stopmotion. I created a shadow play to Emma’s text, by placing various objects on overhead projector and then changing their positions. The piece is about the fact, that one is only a container and to be able to take more in, you have to give yourself away.
